Grassroot for Android

New: Bug fixes (removing some causes of crashes), and added member list refresh.

Summary:

Grassroot enables users to mobilize their neighbours by creating groups, recruiting members, calling meetings, taking votes and recording actions.

The app has an offline mode, and is fully synced with the other Grassroot interfaces (*134*1994# and app.grassroot.org.za).

This production version has many initial bugs removed. New versions and fixes will continue to be released frequently.
