IKHGER software is the most convenient tool for users to make many purchases looking for the

apartment they want. The app will intelligently offer you the apartments you are interested in

according to your desired search and stored data. It also has the advantage of being able to buy

apartments directly from real estate agents without intermediaries.

The best thing about the IKHGER application

Using GPS built into your smartphone, the app will smartly offer you apartments for sale or rent

and apartments for sale, as well as apartments based on your search.

The map shows the locations of the highest rated schools and other infrastructure in the area, as

well as nearby grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, Ulaanbaatar and local crime

information, traffic information, and neighbors' comfort information. Disaster information can be

viewed. When you click on a school, for example, "Crime," your area will be painted green or

red, indicating the area with the lowest or highest crime rate.

The app can also display updates on the status of new housing information in your target area, as

well as lists of apartments you have saved. It also provides information on the real estate market,

average housing prices, and mortgage loans.

The “Featured Apartments” menu includes the best apartment projects, which include the most

innovative, affordable, modern, and well-located apartments. Housing information is constantly

updated, and updates remove clutter and bring users closer to more real information.

Instructions for using the IKHGER app

After installing the app and navigating through the three quick introductory screens, you will

immediately switch to location searching mode. The first search provides results grouped by pre-

configured filters related to "My Apartment", "Featured Apartment", "Shopping", and other M2

Size, M2 Price, Down Payment Amount, and Monthly Payment. The search is easy to modify.

You can combine your favorite apartments on the board, and you can invite friends and family

members. For more information, scroll through the list of apartments to see general housing

information (ADDRESS: LOCATION: TYPE: NUMBER OF APARTMENTS: PROCESS%:

M2 SIZE: M2 PRICE). It also shows the monthly down payment and other details of the

mortgage loan. It also launches 360 virtual journeys. Before ordering an apartment, the customer
