Package 2.6.13 is a major release that includes several optimizations and new features.

New features:
• [TPD 24] Adds limitation on the maximum number of UIs per event
• Adds the possibility to show/hide controls on the preparation template through a switch control.

Issues fixed:
• Adapts Android permissions for Android 13
• Fixes header rendering issue
• Fixes the possibility of scanning twice the same pallet in the same event in mode Display and Transmit Master Cases
