New Features:
- assign users to a checklist from the checklist list
- when starting a checklist, the user will only see the templates for which the user has at least view permissions in the initial status (first status in the status group) - unless the user also has the permission to manage templates. In such cases, the user can still start checklists, even if the user is not allowed to view the created checklist in the initial status.
