Re-engineered the way the dictionary is stored and manipulated internally. It now uses semantic decompositions for every word to reconstruct the dictionary entry and pronunciation at runtime. This drastically reduces the download size, and also allows more powerful dictionary searches.
Rebuilt the Android Studio project, to use App Bundles instead of a one-size-fits-all APK.
Moved the manual to a new webpage, since Google deprecated support for HTTP.
Moved ChangeLog to a webpage too.
