Set in the 70s and the early 80s, KGF is a complete period drama. Helmed by director Prasanth Neel of ‘Ugraam’ fame, the movie revolves around the protagonist (Yash as Rocky) who leads the war of an oppressed class against its oppressors. Apart from Kannada, the movie will be releasing in four different languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The film is also touted to be one of the costliest ever in Sandalwood with a massive production budget of ₹80 crores.
