Rent Reminder for Landlords is a smart mobile phone application. It can be installed on your Android mobile phone. It is easy to use. I am using it and my tenants pay their rent promptly. It is good for individual landlords and letting agents. This application will record tenant information and send text messages, i.e. Rent Reminder, to your tenant’s mobile phone automatically when you set a reminder date. A reminder cycle can be every week, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, or every 12 months. You could choose to send text messages automatically or manually. You could edit and choose your own message format for every tenant. You can have your own property list and backup every message you send. It records received payments and bill information. It is small but powerful. It is a great Rent Reminder just for landlords and letting agents.
