a) Display the logged-in user's name in the user dropdown menu on the viewer dashboard.
b) When a SU user is logged into the LoadProof application, display the Extend QR code for loads in both the viewer dashboard and the load detail screen.
c) The print page navigation for the Extend QR code has been updated.
d) Two metadata fields, "Role" and "Event," have been added to the extend metadata screen in the LoadProof Multiload application.
