mConcierge - A table management and guest profiling application, is an Android based table reservation and real-time customer engagement app which replaces paper based registers at physical outlets and provides a unique opportunity for brands to capture information associated with walk-in customers. This would allow restaurants to do targeted marketing, increase loyalty, and up-sell services and promotions. This proprietary app plugs into Mobikon's existing mEngage platform, thereby giving restaurants an integrated Customer Relationship Management solution. Also, since mEngage is a cloud-based solution, restaurants would be able to see collated data from across multiple chain outlets.
