Added a button for telephone healthcare access. Removed provider type filtering in Find A Doctor because the provider network is now returning all providers that match the location and specialty regardless of the provider type chosen. Accessibility has been improved throughout the application.

This version meets Google's requirement to target the Android 10 (API 29) SDK. Android 4.4 KitKat (API 19) is still supported along with all API's released after it.
