Ability to open the MBM books (mbm://) directly from the browser.

Works on all devices: smart phones and tablets!!
in 2 modes: Standard and Pro

- Read books from all National MyBookMachine-online Clouds, Public Dropbox folders, Google Drive shared folders or folders from others sites (if you have access to).
- Uses the database links from www.mybookmachine.net portal to open books - search, sort and filter engine added.
