My_RDD application

The My_RDD application is the initiative by Maharashtra’s Rural Development Department (RDD) which is the nodal agency for the development and welfare activities in rural Maharashtra. This initiative will enable faster communication, query resolution and faster decision making between officials of the department, leading to better governance.

This application can be used for following activities:-

1. Policy Response – Any clarification needed or any approvals needed by the Zilla Parishads on specific GR (Government Resolution) from its superior officials in the RDD Hierarchy are to be done from this module.

2. Forms Module – This module enables the department and its subsidiaries to request a specific information from its subordinate departments by creating forms to collate information.

3. Directory – This module displays contact details of all officials at RDD

4. Service Request Module – The system is developed for authorized officials of the department and the subordinate departments to raise service request and get approvals for minor repair works etc.
