Having deep experience as a leader and innovator, he’s spoken globally about both entrepreneurship and professional development. Atif’s passionate about the role of innovation in creating an enhanced travel experience. His list of accolades includes the prestigious Businessman of the Year 2017 award in the UK, and the 8th Annual Technology Innovation award in Canada and the UK.

As a child, Geraldine learned about the direct selling industry first-hand from her mother, a top recruiter in her field. Guided by the mantra, “live life by design, not default,” Geraldine’s cultivated an impressive career, including Senior Executive positions at top global companies. Today, she brings the best of both worlds to the company: hands-on field experience and a strong corporate background to help steer MTB to greatness.
