* Nearby Explorer now targets Android API 26. This adds requirements for permissions to be set when starting the app after a fresh install.

* Adds the ability to publish favorites to OpenStreetMap (OSM.) You can also request removal of POIs in OSM which are out of date.

* Adds the Update Map button to the toolbar. This button updates the onboard OSM map for the current region if a map is available.
