What's new:
- New Party Details design
- Orders with bad data are now "quarantined," so they can be saved instead of getting wiped out
- Tax Before Discount toggle has been removed. ALL TAXES CHARGED ON THE SALE PRICE.

What's fixed:
- Fixes issue where On Hand count was not refreshing after an order was created
- Fixes issue where payments would duplicate
- Fixes issue where BCC in Email Settings wasn't populating
- Fixes other crashes and minor bugs
