- add reset timer to enemies and objects on game-unpause
- fix fg-layer doubled and out of position on map transition
- objects and enemies must check for difficulty-ground terrain types
- re-add spawn to gear bot's Mecha AI*
- coil frog respawning when you return to the map you used it
- new teleport, death and damage animations for player
- allow to return from new/load game save selector
- sub-menus in config save cursor position
- reload stage music if boss-music is playing
