●Set the target OS to Android 8.0 as following Google policy.
- The older than Android OS 4.0.3 are no longer supported.
- The color of icons displayed on the notification bar is white only.
- Compliant with the permission at run time since Android 6.0.
- Made a content provider to give scene info to EventPlus and LocationPlus.
- Services are fixed in the foreground due to restrictions of the background service since Android 8.0, removed setting related to notification display.
