Follow these process to use the app. :

- Start the app and enter your name. The result will be showed with your name on it and you can share it directly with your friends.

- Then place your finger or thumb on the next page's scanning box.

- The next page will show your the result of how much calories you have used to complete your sexual intercourse.

You can directly share this results with your friends. You can even find out how much calories are used by performing different sexual positions given in the application.
