Managers can use the app for:

• Viewing the driver’s task assignments on a calendar interface and filter by job type.

• Tracking each driver’s location on a map.

• Creating automatic notifications and alerts and be able to resolve issues proactively.

• Contacting the driver and crew.

In addition, the app will give Shag Carpet the ability to analyze KPIs from the data generated on operations, routes, performance, ratings and so forth.
