Shishu Suraksha - WBCPCR

This App is an online portal of the Complaint Management System of the West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights (WBCPCR).

Through this App, any individual or organisation can file complaint relating to violation of child rights virtually. Complainant can view status of his or her complaint. The complainant need not come to the office of WBCPCR for filing a complaint.

Filing of complaint through the App is absolutely free and you are not required to pay any fee.

After successfully registration of your complaint through the App, WBCPCR will process your complaint and take action in accordance with laws, rules and procedures.

You can view the status of your complaint any time by logging on to the App.
