The following features are available:

* Set Availability: Notify the Support Centre of your availability and have support cases assigned directly to you.

* View Support Cases: View a complete history of all active and closed support cases assigned to you, with a direct link to critical member contact and profile information.

* Locate a Member: See the precise location of a member on the map.

* Live Chat & Emergencies: Communicate with members or contact the Support Centre directly from the app. One-touch calls to members, the Support Centre or Emergency Services '000'.
