Soundbite

Soundbite makes it easier to share your stories with your team by using audio, instead of writing text.

Speaking is quicker, more convenient, and has more emotion than writing a mail or chat message. It also means that you can listen to what's going on, even when you can't look at your screen (for example in the car).

Use Soundbite to:

- Communicate quickly with teams that are always on the go

- Reduce time spent in meetings by sharing statuses before you meet, so you can use your face to face time to work on actually solving problems

- Ensure everyone is providing the same level of information by using question templates. The templates also make it easier to remember what needs to be communicated

Here is how it works:

When you want to share something with your team click "Create". You'll get a list of stories, each containing different questions you can answer. After choosing a story, click the record button under those questions you feel like answering. If you're not happy with your recording, you can always record it again (as many times as you like). When you're satisfied, click "Share" and your story will be shared with the rest of the team.

Click on "Listen" to get a list of stories shared with you. The stories will be played automatically, so it's hands free.

Your "Profile" shows the stories you've shared with others, and how many have listened.
