[Substratum] Greyce (Nougat/Oreo/Pie)

This is a quick bug fix update for Substratum, specifically Nougat
* Nougat statusbar padding bug fixed (the little spacing above quick settings).
* Notification guts color fixed

NOTE: I have added two different variants of SystemUI (Marshmallow & Nougat), install the respective one for your Android version.
