-Fix start up issues with dialog box before user selects permission
-Added checkbox for higher octave instruments like fiddle etc...
-Added tolerance bar so note prediction doesn't have to be so precise, intonation on some instruments isn't great so the higher the bar the more chance of finding the right note.
