Using the USL app is easy, the app comes alive when you log in using your registered email address and password (same info you used to create your contract). You’ll be connected to a whole host of features such as:

Events - the ONLY place to find out about and register to attend our events programme

Manage maintenance issues

Receive parcel notifications

View your tenancy information

Keep up to date with your payments

Give us feedback

Remember to keep your phone updated as this app is only compatible with IOS 12 and above. The USL will not work with earlier versions, i.e. IOS 11.2 and below.
