TTNET İlk Yardım uygulaması, internet bağlantısı kurma aşamasında veya bağlantı sırasında oluşabilecek olumsuz durumlarda yapılması gerekenleri görsel ve sesli anlatım eşliğinde adım adım göstererek müşterilere anında destek sunan interaktif videolardır.

Sıradan demolardan farklı olarak; müşteriye anlatım yapılan her bölümün sonunda sonunda sorunun çözümü ya da işlemin tamamlanmasına dair kontrol amaçlı sorular sorulmakta, verilen cevaplara göre farklılaşan çözüm yolları önerilmektedir.

The self service trouble shooting application of “TTNET First Aid” contains 13 different videos, prepared for the mostly called connection problems to the call center. It shows what needs to be done while setting up modem, internet connection, username and password faults, slow speed or other issues.

These interactive videos offers customers step by step support, with visual and audio narration. It is not a simple demo. The major difference is; it helps customer step by step with interactive content. Videos has many flows that may change for customer’s answers to the questions. The customer’s can follow the easy menu to understand and solve common technical issues.
