Twee - keep track of tv-series

So with the last update I had to change SDK version (google requirement) and that broke the background update on pretty much all android versions. I'm working on fixing it!

This is a "quickfix" release, now every time you open Twee it will check to see if the background update needs to run based on the same set of rules (time and on wifi if that's checked)

I know it's not ideal, but it's better than what was and I'm working on getting the real background updates working again!
