Ummah Beta

The Arabic word “Ummah” means Community. The application is specifically planned and designed to facilitate Global Muslim Community with Prayer times, Prayer direction, Mosque finder, Halal restaurant & groceries, Islamic Calendar, Assistance with Hajj, Blood Donation (for anyone) and Muslim Matrimonial Services.

The searches are based on location defaults to current location or set by either user preference. Most of the information will be displayed are general public information except Blood donation & Matrimonial services where user identity will be fully confidential and privacy controlled by Admin for verified users only.

The application will be gathering information collecting data via hard coded, GPS and Crowd input. The crowd inputs will be published once verified by App admin.

This is a HTML5 based application which supports both IOS & Android.

The team doesn’t plan on charging users for downloading or using the App at this time.
