1. Made three more traits available to the Outlaw, including a cool new Sniper trait.
2. Added a new action button for the Outlaw: new unit 'Gentle' John.
3. Rebalanced the Deserter unit.
4. Gave the Queen heru the Meticulous trait to make level 25 a bit easier.
5. Upgraded the version of Google Play Services library.
