+ New Leaderboard system (Gold-Silver-Bronze) for Hackers and Clusters
+ Change leadership automatically, if the leader leaves a cluster
+ Co-Leaders are able to leave a cluster now
+ Co-Leaders are able to take the leadership if the leader is inactive for 10 days or more
+ Members are able to take the leadership if leader and all co leaders are inactive for 10 days or more
+ Leaders can give away the leadership to any co leader of the cluster
