Small update to fix an issue with save button in create/edit groups

Latest release notes:
- Fixed leaderboard units switching to kilometers for a few seconds before going back to normal.
- Now it's easier to see which team you are in when checking the leaderboard.
- Added the profile as an extra step in the register.
- Other bug fixes and UX tweaks.
