It focuses on the training they did just before and beyond becoming Super Saiyans. Some workouts are meant to be completely off this world. A super Saiyan state can only be reached when you go beyond your current limits, so this one’s designed to help you get there faster. Remember that in true Goku fashion the secret to super strength is simply to train more and train harder. So power up.
