Y2Connect Duval

Y2CONNECT Duval County is a resource guide for youth in Duval County. The site aims to connect Duval County youth to clinical-and community-based health and non-health programs and resources to assist them in becoming successful adults. It is designed for easy and direct access by youth‐serving professionals, parents/guardians and other caring adults, and youth. This initiative is supported by the CDC’s Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) and Division of STD Prevention.

Y2CONNECT was originally developed under Project Connect Baltimore that is dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young adults. Project Connect Baltimore is funded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC 1H25PS003796) and the Secretary’s Minority AIDS Initiative Fund
