Calorie Calc

The application which can calculate the weight and a calorie relation very simply.

For example, it can be calculated easily how many kilocalories (㎉) to reduce to cut down at 1 kilogram of diet.

・A tap make some orange weight (kg) the screen center, please.The left side changes into gray, so a tap input a number by the kg unit here, and do "E", please. A necessary calorie is calculated.

・A tap do a light-blue calorie (kcal), please. A tap input a calorie to the left side and do "E", please. The weight which corresponds to a calorie is calculated.

・A tap do the height, please. When the height is input, the standard body weight is calculated.

・A tap do the weight now, please. Next the weight is input. Please also input the height. Then BMI is calculated.

　BMI (Body Mass Index) is the physique index which shows the degree of obesity of the human.

　It's calculated from a relation between the weight and the height.

　When it's the reach of 25 from roughly 18.5, it's the proper weight.

The low weight (slenderness) Less than 18.5.

The ordinary weight More than 18.5 and less than 25

Overweight (the once) More than 25 and less than 30

Overweight (the twice) More than 30 and less than 35

Overweight (3 times) More than 35 and less than 40

Overweight (4 times) More than 40.

The pregnant woman is different in normal range.
