KT Reports

The KnowledgeTRAK Reporting application is targeted toward clients who have administrative access to KnowledgeTRAK to set up assignments or view reports. This application allows you to view your mystery shopping result right from your mobile phone.

The app allows you to get real-time updates on the performance of your channels (such as physical visits, calls, or online). You can drill down to location and category level for a more in-depth overview of the performance of your locations and assessment categories.

You must have a pre-existing account on KnowledgeTRAK before you can use this application.
