■ Getting started

1. Grant required permissions in Settings (overlay, exact alarms, battery optimization, and others as needed)

2. Start the lockscreen monitor service

3. Add todos; optionally set an alarm, pin, or drag to reorder

4. Turn the screen off and on — open todos appear on the lock screen

5. Use the checkbox to complete items; other taps follow Settings → Lock screen
