Personal Device Bridge: PC

Personal Device Bridge connects your phone and your computer. Scan the QR code on the PC once, check that both screens show the same 6-digit number, and you are paired. There is no sign-up and no cloud storing your files in between: your devices talk to each other directly, end-to-end encrypted.

Send files and photos

• Send photos, videos and documents to the PC, and receive files from it

• Large files of several GB resume where they stopped if the connection drops

• Send straight from any app's Share menu, a Quick Settings tile or the home-screen widget

Clipboard, links and notifications

• Copy text on the phone and paste it on the PC, or the other way round

• Continue the web page you were reading on the other device

• See phone notifications on the PC and reply (only if you turn it on)

Control one device from the other

• Use the phone as a touchpad and keyboard for the PC

• Browse PC folders from the phone and fetch only what you need

• Print from the phone on the PC's printer, lock the PC remotely

Automatic helpers

• Photo backup: copies new photos to the PC while charging on Wi-Fi, and never deletes anything on the phone

• Two-way folder sync (deleted files kept for 30 days)

• Search across devices, including the text inside HWP, HWPX and Office documents

• Document scanner with text recognition, sent straight to the PC

• Move Korean digital certificates between PC and phone

• Find my phone: rings at full volume even on silent, and shares its location only when you ask from your PC

• Every transfer is end-to-end encrypted, and the 6-digit code confirms the other device when you first pair.
