Zion

Zion competes with your organization's work with workplace culture, values, inclusion, gender equality and diversity. In the same way as, for example, a pedometer competition, employees compete with each other in who does the most for the values ​​that the organization deems to be favorable.

BASIC EXECUTION

The app is available in a basic version with general challenges that promote gender equality and inclusion in workplaces. You get points when you reflect and see new things, more points if you stop negative behaviors and most points if you actively pursue inclusion issues. The app shows a "high score list" of the five employees who have the most points in the company and maybe you choose to run the competition for a certain amount of time and then hand out prizes to the winners.

The app is also available in Corna design for workplaces that primarily work from home.

SPECIAL PERFORMANCE

Different businesses have different values ​​established and different focus in their work for inclusion. The app can be adapted to your particular organization with relatively short notice.

DEVELOPER

The app is developed in a collaboration between the consulting company YourWill AB and the IT company Core IT in Örnsköldsvik. YourWill is owned and run by Stina Haglund, cultural analyst and legal scholar. Stina teaches questions about organization, leadership, norms, gender equality, diversity and inclusion at Umeå University and has since 2014 worked with these issues in both small and large companies and organizations.
