The main modification is that you can now tell the timer when to make each beep, before it was fixed, but now it is adjustable.
The workout examples are written better.
There were no changes to the high intensity timer, is is still with fixed sounds signals.
I can add multiple beep sounds if it interesting to you, just let me know.
