Kuula Poke

It was whilst working in Los Angeles for film director Catherine Hardwicke (‘Twilight’) that our founder, Felicity, first encountered and fell in love with poke. Whilst in Hawaii, Felicity discovered Ku`ula, the god of fishermen. Inspired by this ancient Hawaiian god, an idea started to take shape. Travelling to Paris, the food capital of the world, Felicity learnt the delicate art of balancing exquisite flavours and textures to create a range of fresh, uniquely flavoured poké dishes with an ultra-modern twist. Inspired by these super-healthy dishes, Felicity travelled to Hawaii, the home of poké, to learn about its native form. Felicity soon realised that the UK was missing out on something great, and thus Kuula Poké was born.
