Added 30 new commands, including docker-buildx helpers, jj-file, UFW extras, kcc-c2e/kcc-c2p, woodpecker-cli and meclaw
Linux Qt GUI (x86_64 and aarch64) now ships with the full multi-platform release, including AUR `lcl-gui-bin` on Arch ARM
Built the x86_64 Linux app against Arch's Qt so it starts on Arch Linux
Upgraded dependencies (Android Gradle Plugin 9.4.0, Mordant 3.1.0, Spotless 8.10.2)
