Welcome to 30 Day Core Challenge, the exercises used in this challenge are push ups, elbow plank and plank reaches. Do these exercises on specified days for specific time interval to make your core strong.
Here are some of the tips to complete this 30 day core challenge. Always try to keep your body hydrated and for that its better to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water each day. Forget processed or canned foods and go for whole foods when ever possible. Green smoothies are one of the best pre workout and post workout drinks to recover your body and finally its better to take smaller portions of food many times in a day instead of having one big meal.
