The exercise intensity increases day by day, so the first days you will start with less intensity and will grow up until the last day.

You can see the completed progress at a glance. Moreover, you can pass through exercises at a simple tap. If the exercise has time instead of repetitions you have a countdown timer available in the same screen.

You will have an image or gif (animation) of each exercise to show you how to do it.

You can reset the progress any time so you can start over again as many times as you want.
