Custom Interval Timer: Workout

+ New Feature: Pressing the skip buttons in the notification widget announces the next or previous interval if the Timer is running. Turn this feature on/off in the Settings area.
+ Fixed crashes for older devices when theme was changed and when Timer was started.
+ Fixed transparent buttons bug on older devices.
