1. Quick Stats page,
You can now see overall total minutes, ACD, ASR, Answered Calls, Failed Calls by month, today and active now.
2. Active call page,
You can now see in real-time each call’s status (Ringing or answered), Call duration, source of call (client), callee, DID used to process the call and codec.
Also we’ve provided a quick live traffic summary displaying in real-time total calls, minutes, Answered Calls, total ringing calls.
