The new F&B Stars app features a revamped UI/UX, supporting 7 regional languages. It includes Help & Support with FAQs and a Chatbot, and enables contractors to create a Digital ID to grow their business. The Video Gallery is enhanced for product and learning content. Scratch Card functionality offers instant rewards, and the KYC process is fully digitalized. A new Notification section tracks banked and redeemed points, while users can scan, browse, and redeem rewards via the updated catalog.
