Fuseman

An employee App for BEST Undertaking's Fuseman introduced under

implementation of Outage Management. This is basically related

with attending to Supply Interruption messages and is meant for use by

Customer Care and Operation & Maintenance departments. It is integrated

with present OLCCS system as regards to Technical Complaints, Asset

Management and Consumer Indexing. Use of this application would result in

timely updating of present status with better monitoring of Technical

complaints by Senior Officers. This application is for exclusive use by

employees of BEST Undertaking only.
