Since you motivate us with the fitness goals you’re achieving, we wanted to try and match you.

This is what we did:

- Added countdown beeps to timed exercises
- Exercise videos now load faster, so you can get straight into your next exercise
- Charts that display one rep max and volume personal bests
- Record and share personal bests on the workout completion screen to prove that you train harder than your gym buddy
- Finally our favourite, minor bugs have been fixed
