Here we can integrate this "ServiceNow Queue" android app with any instance with your username and password, where you can assign incident to particular group members.
Steps to integrate.
1.User Name:Give User Name
2.Password:Give Password
3.Instance Name:Give instance name (temp if your instance url is "temp.service-now.com")
4.Assignment To Group Members:Give Users group name (Developer, Tester)
5.Please Save the settings first (Click on Save)
6.Select the table from screen
6.Now you can assign the active and un-assigned records to group members by clicking Update button.
Note:
Here we can integrate all tables which has following fields(like incident,problem and change)
1.Number
2.State
3.Priority
4.Short description
Requirement:
As this app is using rest web service to update the record so the given user should have admin access or should have role to read/write for the given table and role "Rest"
