*Lots of improvements and bug fixes*
-Fixed a bug with the rest timer that would cause the app to crash
-Fixed the formatting of the countdown timer to include leading zeroes
-Moved appended max charts to the end of each wave in the csv file
-Eliminated initial zero values from training max progression graphs
-Renamed all instances of Max to Training Max

-Set default rest time in cycle settings
-Set auto-increment values for max editor
-Informative dialogues to improve accessibility
